ABC Baize Manager Pro is designed for snooker clubs, pool clubs, billiards rooms, and cue sports venues that need a simple but professional way to manage daily operations.

From one live dashboard, staff can see which tables are available, which are in play, and what each table currently owes. Tables can be started as, pay-by-the-hour hourly sessions or fixed-time sessions, with pricing, member discounts, and customer details handled clearly at the point of use.

The system also includes a built-in Till, so that food, drinks, snacks, cue hire, coaching, and other extras can be sold either as standalone till sale or added directly to a table's live bill.

Hourly and fixed-time play
Run tables by hourly rate or fixed-time sessions, including 30-minute fixed-time increments up to 6 hours.

Table-linked extras
Add food, drinks, snacks, cue hire, coaching, or other extras directly to a table bill. Incorrect extras can be removed before payment.

Standalone till sales
Use the till for non-table sales, so clubs can record food and drink income even when it is not linked to a table.

Members and customer records
Create customer/member records with member ID, name, address, mobile number, membership end date, discount type, visit count, and spend history.

Member rewards
Support configurable Bronze, Silver, and Gold reward levels based on customer spend, with automatic discount benefits when enabled.

History and reports
Review completed sessions, payments, extras, member IDs, table revenue, gross value, and itemised bill details. Filter by date, value, duration, and other useful criteria.

Statistics
See which tables bring in the most revenue, which tables are most popular, the best days of the week, and the busiest four-hour periods.

Archive viewer
Move older history records into archives to keep the live system tidy, while still allowing archive files to be searched, viewed, printed, and exported.

Staff roles and protected settings
Set up Admin, Manager, and Staff users. Staff can run day-to-day operations, while sensitive setup, archive, and management tools remain protected.

Backup and restore
Export and import the full admin setup, including tables, table types, members, discounts, extras, colors, and user setup.
